How to give vendors access to Regency

To give a vendor access through the Regency Dominion Valley gate:

The vendor should type your name into the gatehouse callbox and tap Call.

Or, do one of the following:

If you have the free Butterfly app installed on your phone, you can see and talk to the vendor through the app and tap to open the gate.

If you do not have the Butterfly app installed, you will receive a phone call. Press 9 on your phone to open the gate.Written instructions for using the callbox and Butterfly app:

NOTE: The companies listed in the Vendor Directory are listed because they have been recommended by Regency Co-op members and vetted by the Regency Cooperative Association Board of Directors. It is still the homeowner’s responsibility to do their due diligence when hiring a contractor.

Businesses listed in our Vendor Directory can be removed from our program depending on the complaint or situation. We take complaints seriously however, RCA will not be involved with any mitigation, negotiations, or settlements between a Co-op member and vendor.
