I just had my Master Bath remodeled by Prospect Development Co., Chadd and Shannan Lucas. They did a fabulous job. It took eleven working days from demolition to putting the shower doors in – which is relatively quick. Chadd is great to work with and is there daily, supervising his team and doing some of the work. Shannan is an awesome decorator and will help you with tile selection and all the other things you need to pick out, like faucets, countertops, etc. They have a showroom in Chantilly. They are very helpful and easy to work with at a reasonable price. They also do kitchens and almost anything you want to remodel in the house. You will not be disappointed.
