He came out to my house, assessed the situation, made a recommendation, ordered the new garage motor, and had one of his technicians come right out to install. Both the technician and Joe were right on time. They are very cordial, fair, efficient, and punctual. I had an excellent experience. In addition, Joe’s father called me the next day to ask how my experience was and if I was satisfied with the job.
