On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the Regency Cooperative Association (Regency Co-op) welcomed three new directors to its board.
Regency OA President John Scarcella welcomes new board members Roger Halls, Barbara Clement and Mary Lu Belote to the Regency Co-op board.
A passing of the rake ceremony was held. Old board members passed the Co-op’s ceremonial rake to welcome new board members and signal their departure.
Our new board members have been working with the old since April to learn more about their new roles.
This mentorship assures a seamless transition and allows us to hit the ground running in June.
We thank Charles Tucker, Linda Kuchnicki and Bruce Gerdin for their dedication and years of service. You will be missed.

The Regency Cooperative Association is a non-profit, 501 (c)(7), volunteer-run organization serving the Regency at Dominion Valley community.
Our primary mission is to provide Co-op members with access to multiple categories of neighbor-recommended, licensed, and insured vendors.
We are excited to move forward and continue growing and improving the Regency Co-op. Stay tuned, good things ahead.
