Hello and thank you for responding to our vendor update email.
Every year, we ask vendors to review and update their vendor agreements with the Regency Cooperative Association (Regency Co-op).
Your vendor agreement outlines the service, pricing and discounts you offer members of the Regency Co-op.
Your current vendor agreement is under your company name and listed in our Vendor Directory.
Please review your agreement now.
After reviewing your vendor agreement, if you:
- Do not need/want to change your vendor agreement, fill out form A.
- Need to make changes to contact information and/or pricing and discounts, fill out form B.
We must receive your form within the next two weeks to remain part of the Regency Co-op Vendor Directory.
Failure to reply may result in your listing being removed from our vendor list.
New for 2025: You will be emailed again in late December ’24 and asked to renew with the Regency Co-op for one full year – or through December 31, 2025. If you wish to do this now, please do. We are going to a calendar-year renewal process instead of anniversary dates. We appreciate your patience and support as we make these changes. |
