Are you interested in becoming a vendor with the
Regency Cooperative Association?
We are a 501(c)(7) non-profit cooperative consisting of homeowners living in Regency at Dominion Valley.
Our active adult community in Haymarket consists of over 900 homes.
The Regency Cooperative Association (Co-op) operates on the premise that members benefit from recommendations from neighbors and discounts vendors have agreed to offer.
Participating vendors are listed in our Vendor Directory at no charge.
A listing on the Co-op website brings your business to the attention of our community of over 900 households, providing you with great exposure and a unique free advertising opportunity.
How to be added to our recommended Vendor Directory
We must receive a positive, written recommendation on your service or product from a Regency Dominion Valley resident.
The recommendation must be made within three months of the Regency resident using your service or product.
The resident can email their recommendation to info@regencycoop.org – OR – they can fill out the Recommend a Vendor form. (We prefer the Recommend a Vendor form be used.)

- A written recommendation from a Regency Dominion Valley resident.
- A discount on your services. (Can be any size)
- A copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance.
- A copy of your SCC license or local County business license.
- Our application!
Once we receive the items above, we get to work!
